Have you heard of Seated Feldenkrais?
The Senior Center offers Feldenkrais "Awareness Through Movement Lessons" on Wednesdays from 10:30 AM to 11:15.
The instructor will guide you through a sequence of gentle movements, while you remain in your chairs, so you can let go of limiting habits and retrain your nervous system.  This class addresses balance problems, coordination and other critical functional abilities pertinent to the needs of older citizens, and those who have trouble getting on the floor.  To read statements by Dr. Andrew Weil from his "Self Healing Newsletter," click on "Excerpts."
